Q. Where’s my stuff?

A. Although there will be times when items are immediately available, they may take up to 4 weeks from order to delivery. This is because you are purchasing from an independent author.

All orders will be sent out by first class post and a tracking number will be provided.

If there are any delays to your order we will notify you immediately by email.

Please feel free to contact us using our contact form if you wish to receive an update on your order progress, we are always happy to assist.

Q. Do you post overseas?

A. No. Unfortunately, due to the complex import/export rules following Brexit and the recent tariffs introduced by the US, we don’t currently post to overseas locations. However, our books are available as Kindle books from Amazon.

Q. I’m buying this as a gift, can you wrap it for me?

A. Yes! We think there’s no better gift than a book and will be happy to gift wrap it for you for a small charge.

Q. I’m not happy with my order, what can I do?

A. We’re sorry to hear you’re not happy with your order. Please take a look at our Returns policy which details the various ways we can help.

Q. I don’t want to buy online, are the books available in bookstores?

A. Our books can be purchased from bookstores by providing them with the ISBN number of the title. They should be able to look this up and order a copy for you.

Q. Where can I find out more about upcoming titles.

A. We’ll be setting up a dedicated Facebook page as part of our ongoing improvements to our Social Media.
